Act - tells the bot to perform an action

Notice - Notice a user/channel
Usage: notice nickname text
Join - Join a channel
Usage: join #channel
Part - Part a channel
Usage: part #channel optional part text
Quit - Quit the server, exit program
Usage: quit optional quit text
Raw - send raw information to the server
Usage: raw privmsg #channel :text
Mode - Change a mode in the channel
Usage: mode #channel +o nickname
Kick - Kick a user from the channel
Usage: kick #channel nickname optional kick text
Ban - Ban a user from the channel
Usage: ban #channel nickname
Kickban - Kick and ban a user from a channel
Usage: kickban #channel nickname optional kick text

Voicelist - controls the lists of auto opping, voicing and so on of users when they join.

Usage: oplist add #channel * | op anyone who joins in #channel
oplist add #channel user | op a user when he joins #channel
oplist add #channel host | op a user when the joining hostmask matches this one in #channel
oplist add * user | op a user whenever he joins any channel the bot is in
oplist add * host | op a user whenever he joins any channel the bot is in while his hostmask matches the one in the list
oplist view | view the list
oplist del #channel | delete a whole channels list information
oplist del #channel user | delete #channel user from the oplist
Note: del also supports the above syntax for add. oplist del * will delete the settings that ops anyone who joins #channel
oplist clear | empty out the whole list
